Program Learning Outcomes
NoProgram Learning Outcomes: With the successful completion of this program, students will be able to
1 Identify, formulate and analyze complex problems concerning issues of sustainability by adopting a systems approach and generate novel suggestions in improving decision-making.
2 have a competent, in-depth understanding and mastery of the literature on Sustainability and demonstrate that through synthesizing and enhancing novel approaches to global problems.
3 Contribute to local and global community with own specialized knowledge by promoting sustainability goals and by participating professionally to tackle sustainability problems.
4 Possess skills to work across disciplines to address social, technical, political and environmental dimensions of Sustainability issues.
5 Employ critical thinking and scientific method to design Sustainability research, analyze and explain the resulting data and make suggestions to improve Sustainability agenda through evidence-based research.
6 Possess effective communication skills, specifically write technical documents clearly, concisely, and analytically and speak in groups and in public clearly, concisely, and analytically, with appropriate use of visual aids.
