Objectives of the Course Providing students with a solid foundation in business analysis principles, including methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as BABOK, and how they are applied in industry contexts.
Developing students’ ability to perform data analysis for business decision-making, using practical tools (e.g., Excel, Python) to interpret and visualize data effectively.
Enhancing problem-solving skills through real-world case studies and projects, enabling students to identify business needs, engage stakeholders, and propose data-driven solutions.
Course Content This course introduces the fundamentals of business analysis and its application in real-world settings. Students will learn key concepts based on international standards, including the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) framework, and explore topics such as stakeholder analysis, requirements gathering, and solution evaluation. The course also covers essential data analysis techniques to support decision-making. Through hands-on projects and case studies from various industries, students will gain practical skills in identifying business needs, analyzing data, and designing effective solutions. By the end, students will be equipped to apply business analysis in data-driven, organizational contexts
