This course explores fundamental concepts, theories, and applications of leadership across diverse contexts. Students analyze leadership behaviors, decision-making processes, and the role of power and influence. The course also examines leadership styles, cultural diversity, ethics, and strategies for leadership development, integrating classical and contemporary perspectives with practical, reflective, and experiential activities.
