Objectives of the Course Explaining organizational change and the key principles of leading change.
Identifying the resources and outcomes of organizational change.
Applying change management theories and strategies to real-life contexts.
Evaluating failed change management cases and ethical issues to inform actionable recommendations.
Course Content This course covers the fundamentals of organizational change, and it focuses on planning and managing change. The course is intended to teach students to change strategies by examining the situations, theories, and resistance to change. Moreover, students will learn how to clearly define roles and responsibilities and handle resistance to change, key activities for effective organizational change management.
