Course Content This course introduces students to the basic concepts that explain human behavior in organizations. The course covers the factors that affect overall performance and effectiveness of organizations in the business world. The course will include diversity in organization, attitudes and job satisfaction, personality and values, perceptions and individual decision making, motivation concepts, foundations of group behavior, communication, leadership, power and politics, and conflict and negotiation.
Course Methods and Techniques Traditional in class lectures and real life applications and cases will be utilized.
