Course Content This course examines the fundamental principles of organization theory and design, focusing on how organizations adapt to changing environments, structure their operations, and develop strategic approaches. Some topics include organizational effectiveness, ethics, culture, structure, innovation, and change management. Students will analyze real-world cases and apply theoretical frameworks to understand how organizations evolve and maintain competitive advantage.
