Course Content This course equips students with foundational knowledge and skills in effective business communication, regarded as a vital component of management strategy. The course focuses on planning and delivering messages effectively for different professional situations. Students will explore how to identify communication objectives, analyze audiences, structure content, and select appropriate channels. The course also cultivates essential competencies in presentations, conflict resolution, interviews, and intercultural communication, enabling students to communicate effectively in globalized and diverse work environments.
