Objectives of the Course
|
exploring various Mechanical Engineering environments gathering experiences for designing their own engineering career gaining practical and professional engineering skills applying the academic knowledge obtained at AGU onto real-life engineering problems

Course Content
|
This course provides an opportunity for the students to experience the work place by spending minimum 30 working days at least in two different company. The students are supposed to engage in engineering design and applications as well as project development/management works and industrial innovation studies ongoing at companies. Students need to prepare a short presentation about his/her goals to learn and accomplish during the internship, write an internship report as it is stated in the syllabus, stay in touch with internship supervisor throughout the internship.

Course Methods and Techniques
|
This course follows an experiential learning approach, requiring students to complete internships at two different companies and engage in engineering design, project management, and innovation activities. Evaluation is based on the company’s evaluation form, the student’s internship report, and presentations given before and after the internship.
