Objectives of the Course Describing the principles and applications of numerous manufacturing processes.
Course Content This course aims to introduce the manufacturing processes of the wide variety of materials by establishing a relationship between their material properties and design. Physical and mechanical properties of various materials will be covered in parallel with the detailed explanation of traditional and advanced manufacturing techniques. These techniques can be listed as rapid prototyping, powder metallurgy, casting, rolling and sheet metal forming.
