Course Content
|
Introduction to systems thinking and system dynamics modelling applied to strategy, organizational change, and policy design. Students study application cases including business cycles, the use and reliability of forecasts, the design of supply chains, service quality management, project management and product development, the dynamics of infectious diseases.
