Objectives of the Course - to understand the fundamental concepts in digital logic design.
- to apply the obtained knowledge for analysis and design of digital logic circuits.
- to identify, design, and implement a digital logic system that solves a real world problem.
- to use design processes, techniques, skills, and computer tools to solve a real-world problem.
Course Content We will cover fundamental digital design concepts in this class. You will learn how to design and implement basic building blocks of a digital system. You will then learn how to put together these pieces to construct digital components of larger systems such as home security systems, robots, medical devices, automobile, and other systems. This is going to be a challenging class, yet a very rewarding one for your future career.
