Objectives of the Course Understanding the business environment: Gain in-depth knowledge of professional relationships, corporate culture, and business processes. Enhancing job prospects: Increase employability in industrial engineering through substantial work experience.
Course Content This course is designed for the experience program that industrial engineering students will attend during their final semester. Students gain extensive hands-on experience in a professional environment, learning in-depth about business operations, workplace relationships, and advanced business processes. Throughout the semester, students design and optimize complex systems or products using advanced industrial engineering tools, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs. They are responsible for delivering a final project that addresses a real-world problem.
