Objectives of the Course

To introduce fundamentals of BioMEMS, To describe the theory of fabrication methods of BioMEMS and the surface chemistry and functionalization methods. To gain the ability to understand the devices developed for cells and biomolecules.

|
This course covers the fundamentals of materials and fabrication methods of bio micro/nano electromechanical devices. Recent literature and application of the devices to biology and medicine are included.
