Objectives of the Course Analyzing the biochemical and physiological foundations of human nutrition and health.

Course Content The course explores the relationship between nutrition and human health, focusing on the biochemical and physiological processes that drive nutritional needs and health outcomes. Topics include macronutrients, micronutrients, dietary guidelines, metabolism, cellular pathways and the role of nutrition in chronic diseases. Emphasis is placed on applying scientific research to real-world health issues.
