Course Methods and Techniques
|
This course aims to provide a comprehensive learning experience focused on understanding urban theory and urban transformation processes. While theoretical lectures introduce fundamental concepts and frameworks, discussions and workshops are designed to enhance students' critical thinking skills. The course integrates research projects, case studies, and group work to bridge theory and practice. Additionally, individual and group presentations aim to strengthen students’ communication and analytical abilities. Through critical reading and writing activities, students will develop an academic thought framework, while creative learning techniques and simulations will allow them to address urban issues from diverse perspectives. The use of technological tools will equip students with skills in data analysis and visualization, and field studies will enable them to observe theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts. This multidimensional approach seeks to enhance students' competencies in addressing and resolving urban challenges.
