The aim of this course is to develop research skills through interdisciplinary methods, contribute to the fields of materials science and mechanical engineering by producing academic knowledge in both local and global contexts, foster an academic path focused on research and lifelong learning, and effectively communicate research outputs across disciplines, achieving strong academic and professional communication skills.

Course intends for the graduate students to specialize in the area related to his/her thesis topic by working with his/her advisor. The course also has the following aims: sharing specific information and experiences of the advisor, and gaining the ability of following and assessment of current literature and scientific ethics for the students.
