Course Content
|
This course will introduce the fundamental concepts in biology, including prokaryotes; protists; fungi; plant and animals. They will learn structure, growth, nutrition, transport, reproduction, development, and control systems of plants and animals. This course will also focus on relationships between structure and function with respect to evolutionary adaptation and changes in different systems of plants and animals. Organization of cells into tissues to organs and organ systems in plants and animals will be studied experimentally in the practical course hours. Moreover, structural and functional relationships between digestive, reproductive and transport systems in selected systems will be examined during this lab.
