Objectives of the Course	Introducing financial markets and their foundations. Introducing basic financial tools. Defining and reviewing key financial statistics. Providing knowledge necessary for financial decision making processes.
Course Content	Fundamental knowledge related to financial markets, institutions and their mechanics is provided throughout the course. It is aimed to show students how these markets work and institutions operate in the face of other economic agents’ reactions. Students are introduced to basic financial analysis tools that will guide them during their professional financial decision making processes and help them examine key financial statistics found in real life examples and in the literature.
