Objectives of the Course Understand the basic concepts of macromolecules which are applicable to introductory biology.

-Understanding structure of DNA, RNA and proteins
-Understanding replication, transcription and translation
-Understanding organelle
Course Content Biological Sciences For Bioengineers covers basic biology including microscope, macromolecules, cellular organelle and their function, DNA, RNA, protein, cell division. In this course we also focus on human Biochemistry and Molecular Modeling:coagulation.

2 To describe feature of microscope and their most important functional properties which are essential for analyzing images.
3 To describe the structure and the function of the cellular organelles.
4 To describe structure of DNA and their role in heredity
5 To describe how RNA, DNA and proteins are synthesized and learn replication, transcription and translation.
6 To describe cellular division, mitosis, meiosis and cell die and understand how cells are regulated through life cycle of cell.
