Objectives of the Course Defining the basics of electrical systems.
Identifying how to apply the basic circuit laws and theorems in electrical circuit analysis and design.
Describing op-amp circuits.
Discussing the basics of electronic devices such as diodes and transistors.
Course Content This course covers the fundamentals of biomedical electronics; involves the application of electronic circuits and technologies for treating medical conditions, monitoring health problems, and improving the quality of life for patients. The purpose of this course is to provide biomedical instrumentation background on technical aspects.
