Objectives of the Course The objectives of the course are;?

to raise awareness of the students on how organizational process is working,

to familiarise the students with ethical awareness in the conduct of industrial and organizational psychology research.

to raise awareness of the students on what research methods in Industrial and Organisational Psychology are used.
Course Content This course provides theoretical knowledge and examples about the topics and concepts of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the context of historical process, sample research and applications in professional life.
