Course Content This course focuses on the application of operations research techniques to healthcare systems. Topics include healthcare delivery systems, resource allocation, patient scheduling, staff scheduling, inventory management in healthcare, and healthcare facility location.
Course Methods and Techniques The course will be delivered through lectures, case studies, and computer lab sessions. Students are expected to participate actively in class discussions and complete assigned readings and projects.
