Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to teach how to effectively develop, evaluate, and compare simulation models.
|
Course Content
|
This course focuses on different types of simulation models, input data analysis, and variance reduction techniques. Additionally, methods for testing the validity and accuracy of simulation models will be covered. Following this, output data analysis and the comparison of alternatives and systems will be discussed. Finally, techniques for simulation optimization will be presented.
