Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to develop research in the field of advanced materials and nanotechnology through interdisciplinary methods, contribute to the field by producing academic knowledge in both local and global contexts, foster an academic path focused on research and lifelong learning, and effectively communicate research outputs across disciplines, achieving strong academic and professional communication skills.
Course Content Course mainly frames the research, development and writing phases of the master thesis. For each thesis work the phases of the research may vary but in general it consists of following steps: literature review about the chosen topic, defining and examining of research problem, developing a solution or a personal approach on the research topic, and writing of the body of the thesis and journal papers. This process is conducted with the guidance of the thesis advisor(s).
