Course Content
|
This course primarily serves as an integrative tool, consolidating prior psychological knowledge into a more cohesive conceptual understanding. Because of this, very few courses—if any—can provide as much in the way of a deeper understanding of the foundations of modern psychology as the history of psychology course. The best basis for comprehending the present is, in fact, provided by the history course. Therefore, within the scope of this course, we will examine numerous concepts, theories, and well-known experiments while offering a perspective to map the beginnings and development of psychology.
