Course Content
|
The course includes genetic engineering using various techniques, genome sequence analysis, gene expression analysis, protein analysis, proteomics and recombinant protein production, protein interaction and localization studies in vitro and in vivo. Learning both theoretical and practical knowledge of the molecular biology and genetics methodology will enable the student to acquire the ability to understand and design the projects.
