The course content includes the following topics: introduction to biostatistics and basic concepts; descriptive statistics; probability and probability distributions; sampling methods and parameter estimation; introduction to hypothesis testing and testing statistical assumptions; one-sample, two-sample and multi-sample inference with hypothesis testing; nonparametric tests; categorical data analysis; correlation and regression analysis.
