Course Content
|
This course will emphasize the steps of carcinogenesis at the molecular level by specifically focusing on the hallmarks of cancer cells. Oncogenes, tumor suppressor genes, cell cycle regulation, angiogenesis, metastasis and invasion, tumor environment, multi drug resistance mechanisms, cancer stem cell and targeting of all steps of carcinogenesis for therapeutic purposes will be covered throught the lecture.
