In this course, we will examine how migration issues have become integrated to the Sustainable Development Goals Agenda. We primarily focus on international institutions such as International Organization for Migration and their documents such as the Global Compact on Migration on governing migration for a sustainable future because these are the main structures that will shape the direction of sustainability. At the end of this course, students will gain a deeper understanding of the core issues about migration categories, migration policy making and economic development.
