Course Content
|
Personal and Professional Development is the first step for the individual development path of the students. This course is designed to help first-year students in their transition to academic life right after the initial EDU 100 course. EDU 101 aims to assist first-year students to develop skills for achieving academic success; reflect on personal and social issues that first year students often face in a higher education environment; form beneficial relationships with students, faculty, and staff. Members from different disciplines collaborate to design and offer the course. This course also provides preliminary guidance in realizing individual development plans throughout the Individual Development Pathway.
