Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
NoLearning Outcomes
1 Successfully model the linear or nonlinear structural systems in software such as SAP2000
2 Run the program for different load cases and they will obtain the axial and shear forces, and moments on the structural members
3 Check the reliability of the models and outputs.
4 Successfully compare the hand calculations of the exact or approximate solutions of the behavior of structures with the outputs of the structural modeling in the SAP2000
5 Learn how to use the software of ETABS for the design part of the reinforced concrete structures
