Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to reassess the concept of global security in the digital age and analyze the impact of blockchain technology on security policies. Students will explore how both state and non-state actors use blockchain in their security strategies and evaluate the potential threats and opportunities it presents.

Course Content
|
Block chain technology; It is one of the technological developments that will change the world in the future and it is an important technology that eliminates the 3rd control center in exchange of approval and values with its decentralized and distributed structure. With the use of smart contract systems, it has become possible to carry out all transactions that can be done with computer programs besides digital money applications. In this course, block chain technology and its infrastructure and its applications will be examined. The aim of this course is to provide information on the basic structure of technology and development of applications that will constitute the future economy and confidence mechanism.
