Objectives of the Course

This course goes beyond traditional state-centric security and explores a people-centered approach to security. It aims to help students understand the key dimensions of human security, including economic, health, environmental, personal, and political security.

The course includes topics such as global warming, lack of food, migration,
and armed conflict that pose a threat to human security as well as issues such
as human rights, resources, development and implementation.
