According to generation theories, which are based on developmental theories, the socio-political conditions in which individuals experience their most intense mental and emotional development shape the political attitudes and behaviors of individuals in the coming years. Political attitudes and behaviors of generations such as silent, baby boomer and millenial can be related to the years in which their predictable development took place within certain limits. This course examines the generations and their attitudes and behaviors such as predictable voting, trust, authoritarianism, tolerance.
