Objectives of the Course To develop students' understanding of strategic management concepts and frameworks.

Course Content This course focuses on the formulation and implementation of business strategy. It covers strategic analysis, competitive advantage, corporate and business level strategies, and strategy implementation. The course emphasizes the integration of knowledge from various functional areas of business and its application to complex business situations.
