Objectives of the Course	Introducing seminal theoretical research articles in the field of economics. Providing foundational knowledge on existing theoretical research methodologies in economics literature. Developing the abilities to analyze and discuss steps of developing a theoretical research project.
Course Content	The course aims to introduce the nature of the existing milestone theoretical research in economics, and thus to increase the knowledge of students in relation to theoretical subjects and theoretical research in economics through examples. 3-4 influential theoretical research examples are examined in both microeconomics and macroeconomics through academic articles. Through the course, students are provided with the opportunity to see and discuss applications, extensions and various usage ways and areas of the theoretical concepts and subjects they have encountered in core economics courses.
