Objectives of the Course The objectives of the course are:
to introduce students with the theories and research in educational psychology
to familiarise them with cognitive, developmental, and social factors affecting human learning particularly in educational settings
Course Content The course is a comprehensive overview of the theories and related research in educational psychology. Therefore, being an applied field of psychology, it covers the topics of cognitive, developmental, and social factors playing a role in learning and learning environments, and how human development, motivation, individual differences, and other factor affect the learning and learners’ abilities.
