Objectives of the Course Architectural Survey and Documentation course intends to teach architectural survey and documentation methods in architecture and their use in different fields such as architecture, architectural history studies, conservation, restoration, and archeology. It is aimed to teach conventional and advanced techniques with practices in architectural survey and documentation, and to examine the use of different methods together.

Teaching the importance and different methods of architectural documentation in the fields of architectural history, archeology, conservation and restoration, e.g.

Training conventional and advanced surveying methods with practices

Interpreting the use and evaluation of data obtained by conventional and advanced surveying methods in architectural documentation
