Course Content
|
The course focuses on the architectural design methods and praxis in different scales of the architecture profession. It starts with the design methods, and praxis from different fields of design then takes in to account the architectural design methods and approaches in detail. The design methods and the role of architects will be discussed through documentaries, lectures, discussions, and in-class practices. Then, the individual design praxis will be examined and represented by the students in terms of providing an understanding of logical, cognitive, and visual procedures of the design process.
