This course focuses on the basic principles of all type of the intellectual property rights.

Course Content
|
The course covers the following topics: The National and International Patent Systems, Patentability Criteria of an Invention, Patent Search in Turkish, European and US Patent Data Bases, Reading and Understanding of a Patent Application. Additionally, the components of a patent application including description and claims will be taught.
