Objectives of the Course In this course, Business Process Concepts, Business Processes Design, Business Process Planning, Process Evaluation, Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement Approaches, Process Configuration are introduced. Moreover, lean manufacturing methods and statistical methods related with processes are also emphasized in this course. Moreover, the students work on a real world problem to apply the techniques that they learn in class.
Course Content In this course, Business Process Concepts, Business Processes Design, Business Process Planning, Process Evaluation, Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement Approaches, Process Configuration are introduced. Moreover, lean manufacturing methods and statistical methods related with processes are also emphasized in this course. Moreover, the students work on a real world problem to apply the techniques that they learn in class.
Course Methods and Techniques We will be using various tools for active learning to take place. This is also a student-driven course. It is your responsibility to participate actively in class discussions.
