Objectives of the Course
|
In this course, Business Process Concepts, Business Processes Design, Business Process Planning, Process Evaluation, Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement Approaches, Process Configuration are introduced. Moreover, lean manufacturing methods and statistical methods related with processes are also emphasized in this course. Moreover, the students work on a real world problem to apply the techniques that they learn in class.
