Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to help students understand legal systems and the basic functioning of legal rules, explore the relationship between law and other social sciences, and explain the role of law in society. Additionally, students are expected to gain knowledge of basic legal concepts and principles.

Course Content
|
The basic principles of law, principles of legal understanding and principles of law, general principles of law, concepts of justice and equality, sources of law, emergence of law, function, regulatory character, legitimacy of law, concept of social order constitute the subject of the beginning of law. The course is supported by an introduction to the basic principles of legal methodology.
