Objectives of the Course
Course Content The basic principles of law, principles of legal understanding and principles of law, general principles of law, concepts of justice and equality, sources of law, emergence of law, function, regulatory character, legitimacy of law, concept of social order constitute the subject of the beginning of law. The course is supported by an introduction to the basic principles of legal methodology.
