Objectives of the Course
|
- To help students understand the basics of electrical systems.
- To teach how to apply the basic circuit laws and theorems in electrical circuit analysis and design.
- To help students to realize the biomedical applications of op-amp circuits.
- To help students understand and apply the basics of electronic devices such as diodes and transistors in biomedical electronics field.

Course Content
|
This course introduces the fundamentals of Biomedical Electronics. It consists two main parts: Electric Circuits and Electronic Devices. In Electric Circuits part, DC circuits will be covered. In Electronic Devices part; Semiconductor Diodes, Diode Applications, Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT) and DC Biasing of BJTs topics will be covered.
