Predicting individual behavior in the organizations. Discussing groups and group behavior in the organizations. Analyzing employee behavior in the organizations where they will be working with.

Course Content
|
This course aims at introducing students with the basic concepts, which explain human behavior in organizations. The course covers the factors that affect overall performance and effectiveness of the organizations in the business world. The course will include diversity in organization, attitudes and job satisfaction, personality and values, perceptions and individual decision making, motivation concepts, foundations of group behavior, communication, leadership, power and politics, and conflict and negotiation.
