Objectives of the Course This course aims to • endow students with concepts, tools and techniques related to organization theory • improve the critical thinking and assessment skills of students • enable students to apply organization theory to real life scenarios
Course Content Organizational theory and design is concerned with the different theories to analyze organizations. They will learn different possibilities to structure an organization, understands its subunits, and how to adapt its structure to a changing environment.
