Applying the knowledge gained in economics courses on an original economic research problem.
Developing skills to analyze, discuss and apply economic research methodologies.
Providing the experience for completing a research project independently.

Course Content
|
During the research project students are guided to examine the literature on a thesis topic in order to specify their thesis research subjects, to evaluate the literature on a thesis subject/question in order to determine its significance and contribution, to determine the variables of interest in the analysis of the thesis subject, and to analyze suitable method examples. Students are thus led to receive scientific guidance for writing a research project and to gain experience on research project writing.
